- Print out this form and please send a copy with your cards.
- Pricing and turnaround options are on the following page.
- Cards Saver 1’s ARE REQUIRED FOR SGC. They will be provided at 50 cents per card if you do not have any.
- There is no minimum or maximum amount of cards you can send.
- Ship your cards before the submission date. The submission date is when cards are due. if I receive them after the due date they will be sent with the next submission.
- You can ship your cards however you want but please do not individually tape and/or team bag every single card. This is very time consuming and not necessary. If you do I will charge an additional 50 cents per card. Taping/team bagging a bundle of cards is completely fine. Also, please ship Pokemon cards in clear sleeves just like sports cards.
- My evaluations determine cards I believe will get a 9 or better. This is absolutely not guaranteed. Please note if you want certain cards sent no matter what!
- I will have the total cost WITHIN 1 WEEK AFTER the due date. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ME ASKING FOR YOUR TOTAL. PAYMENT IS DUE BEFORE I SEND THE CARDS TO SGC. Payment can be made through PayPal GOODS AND SERVICES, Venmo, or cash app. Included in the cost are the following: Total number of cards multiplied by the rate.
- I will contact you when I receive the cards back from SGC with a shipping total back to you. ***insurance will be extra***
- Return shipping will be made using USPS priority flat rate boxes.
- Thank you for being a part of my submission group! I will be completely transparent with everyone and provide as many updates throughout the process as I can.
- IF YOU DO NOT PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING WITHIN 3 MONTHS OF WHEN I CONTACT YOU YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR CARDS! I will make every effort possible to contact you but if for some reason you do not respond within 3 months you will forfeit your cards.
